Protocall is a proud sponsor of the Gyulai István Memorial – Hungarian Grand Prix, a supporter of MTK Budapest FC, and a key partner of the Pick Szeged handball team. Since 2016, we’ve also redefined our Christmas tradition — instead of exchanging gifts, we donate to charities on behalf of our employees.
Our Leadership
Anita Metz
CEO
Anita began her career at the First Pest Telephone Company and MC Direct. Of her 20 years in the contact center industry, she spent 16 in management roles. She took over the leadership of Protocall in 2009 and, by her 2019 appointment as CEO, had already led hundreds of telesales and customer service projects with exceptional professionalism. She loves reading and, like Károly, is passionate about football — both as a fan and an occasional player.
András Lőrincz
Business Development Director
Over the past decade, András has gained experience across customer service and telesales. Before joining Protocall, he worked at Studio Moderna in supervisory and project management roles, gaining deep expertise in contact center development and telesales operations. Appointed in 2014, he’s one of the most experienced professionals in his field. In his free time, András enjoys bodyweight training — and when it comes to fun, you’ll find him somewhere between travel, music, and gastronomy.
